General terms and conditions (AGB)

1. Scope

These general terms and conditions (AGB) govern the contractual relationship between LakeLab (hereinafter "we" or "us") and the customer (hereinafter "the customer") in respect of the services offered. Terms of the customer that differ from these apply only where we have expressly agreed to them in writing.

These terms govern only the relationship with guests, visitors and customers. Any membership relationship is not covered by them.

2. Prices and information

The prices stated at the time of the order or booking apply. All prices are in Swiss francs; the amount shown in each case is the one that applies. Offers and availability may change at any time.

3. Liability

We are liable for damage only in the case of intent or gross negligence, unless mandatory statutory provisions require otherwise. Liability for slight negligence and for indirect and consequential damage is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

4. Data protection

The processing of personal data follows our privacy policy.

5. Governing law and place of jurisdiction

The contractual relationship is governed exclusively by Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is, to the extent permitted by law, the registered office of LakeLab in Bäch SZ.
